The INR 500 diagnostic fee is non-refundable, as outlined in our Battery Repair Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eScooter Care and Gitika Electric Scooty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to electric scooters, spare parts, or battery repair services.
