1. Placing an Order
Orders for electric scooters, spare parts (e.g., motors, controllers, brake pads, tires), or battery repair kits can be placed through our website, eScooterCare.com. To place an order:
- Select your desired product or service and add it to your cart.
- Provide accurate billing and shipping information, including name, address, and contact details.
- Review your order and proceed to payment.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive an order confirmation email with details within 24 hours.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through secure methods, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- Net Banking
- Other secure payment gateways as listed at checkout
All payments must be made in full at the time of order placement. Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Battery Diagnostic Service Payment
For battery diagnostic services, a non-refundable advance payment of INR 500 is required to book a diagnostic slot. If you proceed with battery repair through eScooter Care, this amount will be credited toward your final repair bill, as outlined in our Battery Repair Policy. If the repair is canceled, the INR 500 diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices for scooters, spare parts, and services are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure accurate pricing on our website, but in case of errors, we reserve the right to correct them and inform you before processing your order. If a product is out of stock after payment, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product.
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time (typically 5-7 business days for shipments from Rohtak, Haryana). Tracking information for scooters, spare parts, or battery repair kits will be provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting support@escootercare.com. If the order has not been shipped, a full refund (excluding the INR 500 diagnostic fee for battery services, if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days. Once dispatched, orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Payment Security
We use secure, industry-standard encryption and payment gateways to protect your financial information. eScooter Care does not store your payment details; all transactions are processed through trusted third-party providers. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment information provided.
8. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment fails or is disputed, we will notify you to resolve the issue. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully verified. eScooter Care reserves the right to cancel orders if payment issues are not resolved within 48 hours.
