Beltinstallation procedure:

1.⁠ ⁠Preparation:

Ensure the scooter is turned off and safely secured.
•⁠ ⁠Gather necessary tools, including wrenches, torque wrench, and
belttension gauge.
•⁠ ⁠Remove any covers or panels obstructing access to the timing belt
area.

2.⁠ ⁠Remove Old Belt (f applicable):
Loosenthe tensioner to relieve tension on the belt.
Carefully slide the old belt offthe pulleys.

3.⁠ ⁠Inspect Components:
Check pulleys, tensioner, and other related components for wear or
damage.
•⁠ ⁠Replace any worn or damaged parts before installingthe new belt.
4.⁠ ⁠Install New Belt:
•⁠ ⁠Align the new timing belt with the teeth on the drive and driven
pulleys.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure the beltis properly seated on allpulleys without any slack.

5.⁠ ⁠Adjust Tension:
◦ Adjust the tensioner to apply the correct tansion to the belt. Use a
belttension gauge if necessary to ensure propertension.

Reinstallany covers or panels removed earlier.
•⁠ ⁠Uurn on the scooter and run it brifly to ensure the belt operates
smoothly without slipping or unusual noises.
