1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of eScooterCare.com and any purchases of electric scooters, spare parts (e.g., motors, controllers, brake pads, tires), or battery repair services from Gitika Electric Scooty. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Ordering and Payment
Orders for scooters, spare parts, or battery repair kits can be placed via eScooterCare.com. All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of order. We accept payments through secure methods as outlined on our website. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship electric scooters, spare parts, and battery repair kits across India from our hub in Rohtak, Haryana. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, subject to availability and location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. eScooter Care is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters). Customers will receive tracking details within 24 hours of order dispatch.
4. Battery Repair and Spare Parts
Battery repair kits and spare parts (e.g., controllers, chargers, brake systems) are provided with instructional guides. eScooter Care is not liable for improper use or installation of these products. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their scooter model before ordering. Professional assistance is recommended for battery repairs to ensure safety.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns for scooters, spare parts, or battery repair kits are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers must contact us at support@escootercare.com to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Defective products are eligible for replacement or refund, subject to inspection.
6. Warranty
Electric scooters come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Batteries and spare parts have a 6-month warranty. 7. Liability
eScooter Care and Gitika Electric Scooty are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including scooters, spare parts, or battery repair kits.
